About Brendan Kavanah

Brendan Kavanah joined Cotney Construction Law in August 2019 as an associate attorney in the Denver office. Brendan grew up in Colorado and worked jobs in the construction and excavation fields in the Summit County area before attending law school. During law school and after graduation, he worked at a construction consulting firm as a technical writer and estimator. Brendan has authored numerous treatise supplements and articles regarding the current state of construction damages calculation and construction surety law.
